1. Service overview
Sociowhiz provides website design, development, hosting and management services. Our standard plan includes up to 10 responsive pages, SSL, hosting, SEO and 1 free change request per month at C$99.99/year plus a one-time C$50 setup fee.
2. Pay only if you love it
We design and build your website with no upfront payment. Payment is due only after you approve the final website and request to go live. If you choose not to proceed, no payment is required.
3. Delivery timeline
Standard delivery is 7 days from the time we receive your complete brief and brand assets. Delays caused by missing client information may extend the timeline.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The C$99.99/year fee renews annually. You can cancel anytime before renewal by emailing hello@sociowhiz.com. Refunds are not provided for partial years.
5. Content and ownership
You are responsible for the content and assets you provide and confirm you have the right to use them. After full payment, you own all original design work and content created for your website.
6. Hosting and uptime
We provide managed hosting with industry-standard uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Change requests
You receive 1 free change request per month. Additional requests may be billed at our standard rate, which we will share before any work begins.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use your website for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend services for violations of this policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sociowhiz's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
